How to restore shared folder on a windows client

How can I restore shared folders on Windows 2003.
I have several shared folders on a NTFS partition on my win 2003 server. After recovery of the D: drive NTFS permissions of all files and folders are good but sharing permissions are lost. Folders that were shared at backup time are not shared any more.
Is there a way to restore sharing configuration from a backup?
Networker 7.4.3.

I believe I am right in saying that share permissions are part of the registry so doing a recovery of the system savesets (which include the registry) should bring these back - be aware you cannot do a granular restore of the system savesets - this is because they tend to depend on each other and restoring system files from different times/configurations can result in unpredicatable behaviour.

from the backup software NO.

if you divert the restored files to a different location then the share is going to be lost.

If you backup the share and then the share is deleted then the share is lost on restore.

Just share them again. all the perm are there.
