Networker licensing issue - CLP Update License

Hey Folks,
 
I’m having some trouble with the licensing for my install and I can’t seem to reach support.  I've tried every number I can find and have not gotten past the front line that requires an express service tag or serial number.  If anyone know how to find those for this software please do elaborate.
 
The software has been working fine since install last spring however over the last few months an error message has appeared that we haven’t been able to resolve.
 
We have a single Networker server backing up itself and a single remote client.  The licensing is unserved.  We have a CLP Capacity License which shows “Authorized - No expiration date” but now we also have a line for “ - ” which shows a comment of “NETWORKER_UPDATE: The requested license was not found in the license file.” along with an expiration of “Apr 05, 2023”
 
We also see an alert of “CLP/ELMS server for basic license information found the following: Cannot find revision number in the 'NETWORKER_UPDATE’ license. Please obtain a valid license."
 
We’ve tried to regenerate the license but that didn’t help.  When running nsrlic -C we see a message indicating “Unable to check out ’NETWORKER_UPDATE’: status = -5 ’No such feature exists’ (-5,357)’
 
I'm not able to open a support ticket online.  Every attempt loops me in circles.  I've tried every phone number I've been given but also never get anywhere.
 
Can anyone point me in the right direction before I run out of time?  Will someone at dell possibly see this and help?

I wasn't able to open a ticket through chat, online, phone, or email.  The rep that sold us the software isn't our current account rep but eventually our account rep was able to contact the person who did sell us the software and that person was able to open a ticket.  One the ticket was with the right team they were able to provide a new license.  The whole process in general was way more difficult than it needed to be but I'm all set.  Not sure why the online licensing tools don't include the missing piece when you regenerate a key.

@josh.gallant ! This issues needs help from the licensing team. Have you tried using the chat option to raise a SR ? Don't you have a DELL sales rep assigned to you?

check flexlm Service is running or not ,if not start it.  then restart networker services. Issue should be fixed.  I had same issue and this worked.
