uninstall and reinstall VBA

Having serious issues with my existing VBA ( I won't reiterate here, thread is saveset aborted and removed).  Support is utterly unresponsive.  Does anyone have instructions on just going back to square one with the VBA?  Completely remove it and start again from scratch?  I want to make sure I remove all plugin traces from VSphere (the last upgrade left an old plugin that I had to disable).  Using Networker 8.2.1 and VBA 1.1.1.46.
