Manage Dell N2024 stack
Hi All,
I have configured a stack of two N2024 switches. The vlans of the stack are "isolated" and don't excist in the Corporate Network
I am struggling to figure out how to configure the management part of the stack while still being able to manage the stack when 1 switch of the stack is failing.
assume that ports Gi1/0/1 and Gi2/0/1 are the ports to be used for management (management VLAN is 100)
I had in mind to create on the stack
#interface port-channel 31
#switchport access vlan 100
and on the interfaces Gi1/0/1 and Gi2/0/1
#channel-group 31 mode active
On the switch stack in the corporate network the same channel-group 31 and 2 interface with switchport access vlan 100 will be configured.
will this work?
Regards Michael
