Unfortunatly we no longer support those and they are now supported by Vertiv formerly Avocent/Emerson.
You may like to check the Vertive web site here:
I did find that their Installer/User Guide could be helpful, as I found this on page 15 here.
The default local username is Admin, and there is no password. That is a capital 'A'dmin.
