MX9116N-FCOE-problems

Hi all! I would need your help because for some reason, I can't initiate FCOE operation with the QL41262HMKR CNA cards. The issue is that I don't see any FCoE events. What could be the problem?(Direct FC connection is working.) In OpenManage Enterprise Modular, the fabric section is not working, so the switches are operating in Full Switch Mode. Configuration: MX7000-mx740c MX740c-QL41262HMKR (second partition: FCOE) - MX9116N(x2) - FC Storage (Direct connection) ME4012 Firmware Versions:QL41262HMKR - 16.10.00MX9116N - 10.5.4.6 ESXI - 2.30.13 I tested it with Linux and VMware ESXI 8.0, and in both cases, the card says 'Linkdown' or 'Offline.' Hi,

In your particular issue, I would suggest contacting the support for a collaborative case engagement, as in to check the configuration of MX9116N, ME4012 and OME-M. I might think you need a SAN switch between the ME4 and MX9116N, as I can't find information documentation that ME4 can support direct FCoE, but I might be wrong.
