Twice in a week a S3148P has gone offline. It can't be pinged and all the lights on the switch are off. The LED reads "01" but nothing is operating on the switch except the fan.

All other devices on that electrical circuit are powered up and fully operational.

I saw nothing in "show tech-support" that looked suspicious.

Where do I look next?
