System Up Time inconsistency

Question

Hi.Yesterday I received a warning from my Zabbix about switches reboot.When I was see the switch Up Time on Web Console the information was same the Zabbix alert, but when I saw the Up Time on CLI the switch was connected to 498 days.Seeing the logs I confirmated that the switches not reboot.So, why there alerts in my Zabbix and the information by Web Console are different of on CLI?The swithes are of models Dell Networking N4032 and Dell Networking N2048P. Below you can see the prints. Thanks.

Hi, Is the firmware up to date? If you reboot the switches with the command rather than an unplanned reboot does the CLI update properly?

Is the firmware up to date? No. The firmware version is: System Software Version 6.3.2.3

If you reboot the switches with the command rather than an unplanned reboot does the CLI update properly? Yes. I did this test and the information of Up Time was normally on CLI and Web.
