I have two switches that are setup in VLT (2x40Gb). My servers are physically connected to both of the switches (2x10Gb). It looks pretty much like this:

What interface bonding (on the servers) would you recommend (balance-rr, active-backup, balance-xor, broadcast, 802.3ad (LACP), balance-tlb, balance-alb)?

Would 802.3ad (LACP) be a good idea if I expect no more than 80Gb of data transfer between the switches?
