1 PC, 2 Users, only 1 with internet connectivity.

Cable co. says it's beyond their scope. PRICELESS!   I had just disconnected the modem before signing on, but obviously this didn't help.  what to do please?  thanks for any help.

We need more information in order to help your resolve your issue. Which Dell computer do you have? What is the OS? What errors if any are you seeing trying to connect through wireless?
