You could try the latest Dell Wireless 350 Bluetooth driver if you haven't tried it already.

That is the reason I asked for replacement of my Inspiron 9400 which is also new. Dell Tech support asked me to run diagnostic and the result is "all passed". The result is expected because the diagnostic utility in Dell system DO NOT check for error for network card/adapter/module.
I told them I'm receiving blue screen of death with tosrfusb.sys which is the Toshiba bluetooth or maybe the Toshiba hard-disk. The Intel Wireless Pro 3945 disconnects me often. My computer and notebook don't have issue but only this Inspiron 9400 with bluetooth module and Intel Pro wireless 3945 has the issue. Changing wifi manager from Intel Pro Wireless to Windows didn't help. Changing channel in the router didn't help either. Configuring wifi to use highest performance gave no luck too.

BTW, the tech support also asked me to remove the drivers of Bluetooth and install the new version. It didn't fix the issue with BSOD on tosrfusb.sys but you might want to try to see if it'll work for you. Or simply request for replacement of the notebook. Am still waiting for the replacement.
