You appear to be using Intenet Connection Sharing, is that correct? (I am assuming that the 10bt is an ethernet card installed in the Dell Win XP). If you are using the router only to share this internet connection, then the router cannot be in router mode. It must be set up in access point mode so that it does not try to route the network traffic and does not assign an IP address. Note that you could use the router in router mode if you replaced your modem with one that could connect to the router by an ethernet connection. If my assumption about you using Internet Connection Sharing is wrong, then post back with a more throrough explanation of how your network is set up and we may be able to figure out how to solve the problem.
Thanks....in fact you got it ! I spotted that a couple of hours ago....needed to set the 2350 as an AP AND needed to uplink via the LAN ports and not the Internet port. All now working
