3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI NIC failure

Hi!

I wonder what has happened all of a sudden with my computor CPi D300XT. It is a failure with my network card. Everything worked fine at night and the next morning when I turned on the computor I had no Internet and this warning message came.The message says that  "3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 pci nic (3C905-TX)(0000) is not working and I should reinstall it"

 I use the computor all the time in a C-port docking station in a LAN. I do not have a removable pc card so I guess this is something built in eiter on the motherboard or in the docking station.

I have  not open up or touched anything inside the comp. I tried to reinstalled the 3com etherlink and tried to get new drivers from dell site ( I wasn´t sure what I found was suitable, I have win Me).

Does anyone now what might be wrong and how can I fix it?
