5224 switch problem with POST

Question

Hello, I have one problem with a 5224 switch . PASS PCI Device Check ....................... PASS Switch Driver Initialization ........... PASS Switch Internal Loopback Test .......... FAIL ------------------- DONE -------------------- My problem is the last line : Switch Internal Loopback Test .......... FAIL what can i make for solve this problem ?
