9100 using mobile phone as a modem dial-up??

gday.

im going to be stuck in a house without a phone line for a few days so i was wondering what are the steps to connect my SE K700 mobile phone to my inspiron 9100 ?

 

i have enable bluetooth and it can talk to each other and sending files etc.. but when i select my phone as a modem before dialing on thru to the net it just comes up with a error msg saying can not find device after it trys to dial for 3 or so seconds... i can even see it on my mobile phone the number that its trying to dial but after it appears 2-3 seconds it disappears and my laptop saids it cant dial...

 

i cant hear any dial tone either from any of the devices..

maybe theres a setting i dont know about ..can someone that has done this could explain to me the steps involved...
