ABNORMAL DISCONNECT
I have an XSP400 model. From day one I have had disconnect problems. In fact I've been disconnected 4 times trying to post this message. I get disconnected as little as 5 times in an hour to as many as 20 times...no exagerration. Sometimes it reconnects..sometims it has to be rebooted. I can't use the chat sessions:I keep gettinfg disconnected and reach a new person each time and have to start all over again with no session being completed. I do not have call waiting. The lines (2) have checked out okay, I have this problem on both lines. My daughter uses one line w/o problems and thiis line has had a computer on it before w/o any problems. i can usually tell when it is going to disconnect...it gets slower and slower and slower when loading a new page and then disconnects. I do not have a phone or fax on this line and no call waiting. HELP

To assist you properly I need to know if you are using dsl/cable highspeed internet or dialup and is it wired/wireless and what version of windows is installed on your computer?
You most likely just need to update the driver for your installed internet connecting device or there may be a firmware update for your router or modem.
