Access and control networked computers

I recently setup a small wireless network consisting of one Windows 2000 Professional computer and several WindowsXP laptops. I need to ensure all data is protected from outside intrusions as well as internal mischief.  So far I have eqipped each computer with a Firewall and set the wireless router to require WEP password.

1. Can I view all computers connected to the router?
2. Can I monitor networked computers?
   - view programs in use?
   - view web sites viewed?
   - view files opened, created, etc?
3. Can I access networked computers?
   - view current activity?
   - shut down connections?
   - shut down applications?
   - install software?
   - send messages, alerts, etc?
   - share files, software, etc?

Your guidance would be appreciated. - msi. thing

I have a similar setup for home but I also have an older Linksys firewall that enforces ZONE ALARM security. What that means is whether wired or wireless if you dont have zone alarm installed WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER of your setup thats stored in the router then It does not let you access the network.
