Hi I m too have a dell laptop.I have faced the same issue.I under stand wht excatly the issue is.Nothing to worry about.It is just a software that is blockin ur installtion.so Follow these steps and i m sure it will work.
 
!. Go to START- RUN- type in msconfig.
2.A window will open up with says system configuration.Go to the tab services.check the otion HIDE ALL MICROSOFT SERVICES.And the  click on disable all apply the changes..Then go to the tab which says STARTUP.And clikc on the otion disable all. and then apply changes.and restart the computer.
3.Once computer restarts.u will have a window which says that u have used system configuration utility check the otion donot show this msg again and then uninstall the card from device manager(Navigation to device manager- in control panel double click on the icon which says system,and go to the tab hardware.And there u will see device manager.the wireless card will be listed under Network adapters.)(right click on it an unistall it.)and uninstall the intell software from add or remove programs(find this under control panel.).And then try installing the new drivers.
 
Chill this is quiet a long reply but its very easy to do it.So just try it. it will work for sure.

Ksheeraja_tl, thank you for your quick answer. I try your solution step by step and sorry, it doesn't work...always the same error "access denied". But i agree with that point which talk about an application blocks my installation. I think about a complete re installation of my OS, but it's angry me, because i want to know how solving this problem. Someone else have an answer? Thank you
