Thanks. I know that is the way it is supposed to work, but I keep receiving the following message: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage..." I've tried disabling all of Norton Internet Security and SystemWorks; Ad-Aware; and Microsoft Firewalls, but still no success. Any others suggestions would be welcome.

Based on feedback I received from support.microsoft.com, I think that the problem is that the ftp site doesn't recognize Internet Explorer 7 beta. I think that I'll download Firefox for those sites.
