Thank you for the recommendation. That also doesn't work. Because I purchased a new computer recently I contacted Dell. I gave permission for them to attempt to solve via remote - the Dell Tech spent an hour trying everything I did and more. A ping finds the router... but any of the computers hard wired or not... all get a blank page. Though the router functions its been decided that its faulty. For security reasons I will replace it.
