accessing dell solutions

I can't access dell solutions from my start screen anymore. I have to go to the internet first, then dell, etc. no big deal, just one more annoying little thing. I'm sure I clicked something that prevents me from doing it, anyone have any ideas?

First, close any Internet Explorer windows that are open on your system.

Then, if you have a Dial-Up Connection within your Network Properties, open the Control Panel, and double-click Internet.

Click the Connections tab. If you have a Dial-up Connection in the Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings box, click that once to select it, and then click Dial whenever a network connection is not present. Click Apply, then click OK. At this point, when Internet Explorer opens and there is no dial-up connection present, it should automatically dial.
