Hi

I would like to know if you have checked in the device manager for the Network Adapter. If not, please follow the below mentioned steps to check in device manager:

  1. Click Start.
  2.  Right-click Computer.
  3. Click Manage.
  4. Click Device Manager.
  5. Double click Network Adapters and check if there is anything listed under it.
  6. If the drivers are not installed under Network Adapters, it would be listed under Other Devices with an exclamation sign.
  7. Under Other Devices if there is an exclamation sign near Ethernet controller or Network Controller, then install the drivers from the driver’s disc (if it is available).
  8. If not, download the drivers from by clicking here and select the computer model along with the Operating System that is present.

Please post the results. Also, include the exact system model to assist you better.
