Ads on webpages

Question

At times when I am on certain webpages, the advertisments will not play smoothly all the way through. For example, if I go to the following web site address: www.blu-raydisc.com, the intro will not play smoothly all the way through. I connect to the internet by means of a cable modem.

Hi,          Check the actual speed you are getting using any of the speed meters. Try from www.2wire.com . Apart from this, go into Control Panel - Internet Options - Advanced Tab - Uncheck Enable Third Party Hardware checkbox. Disable any firewalls if available to test. Also try updating IE if you have an older version from Downloads tab under www.microsoft.com     Rgds   Best-Try
