Software updates to McAfee may cause Internet connectivity issues on some computers. Please follow the steps that I have provided below to check if the issue is with McAfee:
1. Save your data and close all open programs. 2. Restart your computer. While the system is booting, tap the key once a second until you enter the “Advanced Boot menu”. 3. In the “Advanced Boot menu”, use the arrow keys to select “Safe Mode with Networking” and then press ENTER. 4. When Windows finishes loading in “Safe mode with networking”, open “Internet Explorer” and try navigating to a few well know web pages.
If you are able to successfully access the Internet, continue to "Running McAfee Fixes" section in the link provided below: http://dell.to/NlYcOQ
