Annoying Wireless Config Message after Restore

Question

hi everyone!   a while back i set up a wireless network with a belkin combined router + modem. i had some trouble with the dell wireless lan card utility (the prog with a green 'bar chart' as the taskbar icon) so i unistalled it and configured the connection via windows. all fine so far.   yesterday i did a system restore and now every time i reboot a 'wireless configuration' window pops up with the message 'notification dll has not been registered, program will not run correctly'.   bearing in mind my wireless connection works fine and that i restored the laptop to factory defaults, i think that the previously uninstalled lan card utility is searching for ''notification dll' in the registry on start up and can't find it. the question is, what do i need to disable to stop the message coming up?   hopefully this'll be quite simple, thanks in advance for your help  =)   [nick]
