Another New to Vlan question

I have a 2708 and want to create 2 vlans each with 3 PCs/Servers connected and access to a common intenret conenction. 

 

I do not want the vlans to be able to access each other but I need them both to share a single internett connection.

 

Is this possible and fi so how?
