sadeceali,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
You will need verify your wireless card in your system and search again on the dell download page. Below are the cards that were offered with this system and I do not see your card on the list. I do not even see this card listed in my database.
The following are the combo cards are offered on this system:

Dell Wireless WLAN 1702 Half Mini-Card + BlueTooth 3.0
Intel Centrino Wireless-N1030 Half Mini-Card + BlueTooth 3.0
Intel Centrino Advanced Wireless-N6230 Half Mini-Card + BlueTooth 3.0
The other WLAN card that is offered with the system are.
Dell Wireless WLAN 1502 Half Mini-Card
Dell Wireless WLAN 1503 Half Mini-Card
Intel Centrino Wireless-N1000 Half Mini-Card

If you just upgraded to Windows 7, you should have installed the NSS and chipset drivers first.

there are drivers called intel centrino xxx in support.dell.com drivers page..at first i was saw them ; i dont care because of my cpu is i3 series.. today some 'great' man came with a new wireless card from dell support in my city. and he told that your wireless card is centrino 1030. then i shocked and laughed :) he downloaded that and gone..
i am laughin' to myself.. because i am a computer user for 15 years and working in a company as IT MAN..
anyway ; i love DELL
thank you
