ramonrui,
Is your error message "bad_pool_caller" instead of "bad_pool_header"?

Steve,
Actually is bad_pool_header and I´ve spent the whole day looking for potential solutions on the net but there seems not to be any clear one. Any idea on this one?
Thanks

ramonrui,
I have found several threads relating to this error message. The most frequently referenced cause is a problem with the ATI video card driver. Download the latest driver for your video card on a different system and save it to CD. On your computer, uninstall your current video card driver and install the latest video card driver from ATI.
