The latest version was released in 2003. Dell has version 3.05.24 available here:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/devices.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=DIM_PNT_CEL_2350&os=WW1&osl=EN
(look under communications drivers) but may people got updated to 3.05.25 through Windows Update. The only difference between the two (if I recall correctly) is that the 3.05.25 passed some Microsoft certification....
