"BCMWLTRY.EXE - Application Error" Won't go away. PLEASE HELP!!!

Okay I reformatted my dell inspiron E1405 with Windows XP.  Sadly my hdd ended up with some bad sectors.  I didn't get a chance to back up my "Recovery CD" that was partitioned on the hdd.  I ended up using a generic Windows XP and used the Activation Code with the laptop.  Downloaded the drivers from the website and everything works just fine.  Only problem is I keep getting this error code "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application"  Did some research and so far the going rate is improper wireless driver or something to that affect.  I uninstalled the driver (which at the time wireless wasn't working), reinstalled the driver and got wireless to work.  I am now surfing the internet using the wireless but having to deal with this stupid error message.  PLEASE HELP!!!
