bcmwltry.exe Unable to Locate Component

Question

I have a constant pop-up...the title is bcmwltry.exe Unable to Locate component.  The message inside the pop-up box says This application failed to start because AegisE5.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.  What the heck is this.  What can I reinstall?  Thanks for helping.
