Big Problem

As everyone can see I have a big problem.  I noticed something I did not want on my profile and have been trying to get rid of it--obviously to no avail.  How can I get three of my four profiles off this darn Community Forum and how do I get something off my profile.  I thought I was following the instructions--I truly am not that stupid.
