Trying w/o success to "discover" and add a new Microsoft Surface Ergonomic Keyboard and mouse on my Inspiron N4110 64-bit laptop. Can't get them to appear on add Bluetooth devices list. Have tried many online fixes. All obvious stuff working and up to date. Did Windows Bluetooth trouble shooter, restarts, turned services to automatic, etc. Finally, trying to verify that my computer has Bluetooth 4.0 (LE) which is apparently a must. I'm running Windows 10 Home Version 1709. Answer/suggestions appreciated.
