Try installing the driver for the wireless card Dell Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 Bluetooth. It should also install the utility you're missing on the system.
There was an error in the installation and it said "There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor".
On the Windowsl Mobility center I don't have an Icon that says Bluetooth control. Do you know if there was ever a program on the dell xps 15 that let other devices connect to your laptop? There was one once for me that enabled me to connect my ipod to my laptop but it's no longer available. I would always be able to find it when I Opened Open and Network Sharing Center, and under the See also part that was where I could find it. Wish I remembered the name of it.
Hit PrntScr, then open paint, click file, then paste. Save the image. The use rich formatting, then click on the little picture and upload it.
If you can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID, if using XP, run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here, we could see the adapter and if it finds the Bluetooth adapter or not.
The Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1000 adapter does not have Bluetooth. I do not see a Bluetooth adapter in the log. If this system has Bluetooth, it may be possible that it bacame disabled(Places to look to see if your Bluetooth Connection is enabled) or maybe the adapter came loose INSTRUCTIONS HERE
<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>
Go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag number, then click on original configuration. See if the bluetooth adapter is listed there.
I don't think I have Bluetooth then Thanks for all the help. But, there was a program that enabled other devices to link up with my laptop. Would you happen to know what it it?

I did the cmd thing and it turned out blank. There wasn't anything that ran. Only the cmd thing popped up with the little info and that was it.
