Bluetooth Audio Device will not start
I purchased a remote bluetooth boombox/speaker to connect to my laptop 1521. I have paired the two together without any incident, but when checking my device manager the bluetooth audio device has the yellow exclamation mark and when clicked on that, here is the error message:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Object Path Component was not a directory object.
I have updated all drivers, including manually downloading them from here. Still it does not work.
Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi Bodyworks,
Thanks for posting on the Forum.
Unfortunately without knowing the name of your bluetooth boombox/speaker device, it would be difficult to advise you how to proceed. Could you please post the name of your device? Thanks.
Regards,
Robert

Robert,
It's a Pyle PBMSPG50 and I can pair it up with the computer without any issue. The problem is when I look up the hardware under device manager, the bluetooth audio device is highlighted with a yellow exclamation mark and the error code 10 saying the device does not start is listed.

Hi bodyworks,
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer for drivers and assistance? While we are familiar with the product you mentioned, Dell has not specifically tested it with our systems. Please post back if you need additional assistance. Thanks.
