Bluetooth Compatible
I have a Dell Inspiron 1721 with the little bluetooth icon to the side, i thought that mean i had a bluetooth compatible laptop, well i bought a dell bluetooth wireless mouse, and will not work. Any susggestions?

Have you configured the bluetooth adapter yet? Normally you have to run through a setup process before the bluetooth card is ready to talk to other bluetooth devices, such as the mouse. The easiest way to tell if bluetooth is working is to run through the setup process and then have it scan for nearby devices (e.g., go someplace where lots of cellphones are around, and you should be able to detect them, even if you can't connect to them).
