Bluetooth hardware problem

I just recently bought a 600m with an internal bluetooth card. At first, everything worked fine, but recently, I keep getting an error "USB device not recognized". When I look at my device manager, they only thing not working is my bluetooth card which I thought was connected by internal USB. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

mansa26,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Check the Device Manager and see if you can find the Bluetooth Device under USB.  If you do not find it, look under Other Devices for a USB Device.  If there is one there, then try reinstalling the Bluetooth Drivers.  You may even want to remove the USB Device and reboot your system.

I have a similar problem with a 600m. Mine stopped working after a BIOS update? I've found no solution and have been looking for weeks...
