Hi Haitham_ib,

There are various causes that may be responsible for Bluetooth Headset not installing thoroughly. We may have to try some troubleshooting steps to isolate the exact issue:
- Update Bluetooth card driver of the laptop
- Update laptop to the latest BIOS version
- Reset and re-pair the BH-102 Bluetooth Headset
- Install device driver for Windows 7

You may try installing the driver for BH-102 Bluetooth Headset to see if that fixes the issue. Please follow the steps listed below:
- To check operating system type (32 bit or 64 bit), Click 'Pearl / Start' icon
- Right click 'Computer' and click 'Properties'
- Under tab 'System' operating system type installed in the computer is visible
- For Windows 7 32 bit, download driver from the following link: http://bit.ly/OT3RsA
- For Windows 7 64 bit, download driver from the following link:http://bit.ly/NOOc0O
- Place the driver installation file on the ‘Desktop’
- Right click the file and click ‘Run as an administrator’
- Click “Continue’ to 'User Access Control' if prompted
- Follow through with the installation and finish
- Check for the functionality of the Bluetooth device

I f issue still persists, please follow the steps mentioned below to check the status of the device in 'Device Manager':
- Click ‘Pearl / Start Icon’, and then click ‘Control Panel’
- Click ‘Hardware and Sound’
- Click ‘Device Manager’
- ‘User Account Control’ dialog box appears.
- Click ‘Continue’
- 'Device Manager' Page opens up.
- Locate a category called ‘Bluetooth Radios’
- If not found, locate ‘Network Adapter’
- Also observe if it has a yellow mark besides any of the device listed
- Browse through the whole list to check for any other item listed with a yellow mark
- Capture the item name with the yellow mark

I also recommend you to reset the BH-102 Bluetooth Headset. Please follow the steps mentioned below (Refer to image also):

- Power off the Headset
- Hold the answer/end key + power key (for about 5 second)
- Red + Green indicators lights start to alternate
- Headset is Reset

If the issue persists, I will need more information in regards to the system to suggest you with specific driver update options. I am sending you a friend request. Please accept the request. Do reply with the 'Service Tag' and 'Account Holder's Name' through a private message. I will provide you with download links and update instructions for the latest device drivers.

Hope this helps. Do reply with the results. I would be glad to assist.
