Bluetooth issue after Windows 8.1 update

In October 15 Dell support published in Drivers and Downloads many new drivers for the new Windows version 8.1. I had problems with two for my Dell XPS L521x, 15": NVidia Graphics GeForce GT 630M/640M (blank screen at reboot, go to safe mode, return to previous Driver) and Dell Wireless WiFi + BT Driver and Intel Centrino Advanced 6235 WiFi Driver. After this, my wireless Bluetooth MS Edge Mouse was unrecognized and does not work. The Bluetooth Preferences window hangs and we cannot change its setup. In summary, after install Windows 8.1 Bluetooth was working well. After install the Dell driver Bluetooth doest not work properly, and does not recognize Bluetooth devices.

i purchased a inspiron 15, i3 few months back. I had this Bluetooth working fine with pre-installed windows 8. recently I updated windows 8.1 and since then Bluetooth function does not work. I tried to update the latest driver by using troubleshoot windows feature but it states driver up-to-date.

Forget the operating system mentioned.
