bluetooth not detecting

i had bought dell inspiron 15r 5537 with built in ubuntu. in ubuntu my bluetooth was working but when i change it into window 7 my bluetooth is not detecting any device i installed bluetooth driver but still not detecting device it is in discover mode but still not detecting it anything and when i open broadcom bluetooth setup it says"activate bluetooth using wireless switch" plz help..........
