Bluetooth not turned on

I use dell n3420 with windows 8 pro 64 bit......i can't turn on my bluetooth.....i too have attached the screenshot......when i click to turn on bluetooth it doesnot work....

Hi bikas.neupane2008,

This could be an issue with the Bluetooth card not detected.

Check if the Bluetooth card is detected in Device manager:

  • Click on search charm and type Device Manage.
  • Select Device Manager and window that opens.
  • Expand Network adapters from right pane.
  • This will list the bluetooth network card installed in the machine.
