bluetooth not working
My bluetooth device is not working..so i downloaded the drivers from dell website... When it installed it gave a "Device unplugged" message for four instances of "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" and the overall message is "Device did not install properly" and when i try to send r receive data it is displaying an error message..so how can i fix this problem....please help

Is the bt adapter turned on in bios and do you have a bt icon in systray?

yes bt adapter is turned on and bt icon is present in systray...

What colour is the bt icon? It should be blue and white if the adapter is turned on and blue and red if turned off.
