Hi Vijay,

Please share the Operating System installed. Also, share if Bluetooth had functioned properly earlier or not and which device are you trying to pair with the system.

Please share the screenshot of 'Device Manager' with 'Network Adapters' expanded for me to check the wireless card installed on your system. Here are the steps:

  • Press the key combination of 'Windows Logo' key + 'R' key to open 'Run' dialog box.
  • Type in 'devmgmt.msc' and click 'OK'.
  • The 'Device Manager' windows will appear.
  • Click on the sign next to 'Network Adapters' and expand it.

You may also refer to the link http://dell.to/17D16BJ to try following the troubleshooting steps listed there. This might help, make sure that you select the correct Operating System.

Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any questions.

Hi Vijay,

If you check the image that you have shared in your reply, you will notice that there is 'Down Arrow' sign on the Bluetooth device. This indicates that this device is disabled. Please right click on 'Dell Wireless 1702 Bluetooth v3.0+HS' device and click 'Enable' option from the drop down menu. This will enable the Bluetooth functionality and you will be able to use it again.

Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any questions.
