Bluetooth on Inspiron 1720
Hi everyone,
Could somebody please tell me how I turn on Bluetooth on my Inspiron 1720? I'm sure I'm duplicating threads here and I'm sorry if that's the case but after searching for a while, none of what I've read has been of any use. Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS but Vista just can't see it and I'm now at a loss. I've updated some drivers but nothing has helped so far.

If you have Bluetooth enabled in the BIOS then you should, at the least, see an "unknown device" in Device Manager if Windows detects the card but drivers are not loaded. Have you already tried installing the latest Bluetooth driver software from the Dell support site?
