Bluetooth ON Wifi OFF, WHY?
Why is it when I try to connect a Bluetooth device, like my smart phone, does my wireless network turn off?

agfaace,
On your smartphone, when you turn on bluetooth, the wireless adapter also works.
On a Computer, you can be connected to the internet, wired or wireless, and if the computer has bluetooth, you can also use that with loing your internet connection.

Here's the thing, I can't use both... Connect to phone with Bluetooth the wireless adapter is disabled and there is no way to enabled it unless I disconnect Bluetooth.

agfaace,
My wife has an Andriod phone and I have an iPhone.
On both, we can use our network or use WiFi, and use Bluetooth at the same time.
On my computer, I connect to my network and also use bluetooth at the same time, no connection loss.
Can you run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here?
What virus program and firewall are you using?

agfaace,
It will provide me with the adapter(s) involved.
Open the device manager and give me a screen shot of the network adapters.

Running ipconfig/all wouldn't give much since I would be disconnected from the wireless network.
