thank you so much, it works! I really spent a lot of time trying to solve the problem, but now everthing is fine. It's a pitty that Dell doesn't offer such a good clients support on their official "service & and support"-webpage. There you are even not able to write an e-mail to the support if your service time is expired. Well, whatever my opinion about the service of Dell is, you solved my problem!
