Bluetooth Problems

i have a new laptop dell n 4030 insipron series , i installed win 7 32 bit and insatalled  drivers,,also blue tooth , the blutooth driver insatalled sucessfully , and shown the icon in task bar, and pairing other device but , the problem is with the transmission of files.I am unable to send and recieve files.my nokia mobil display show  other device not responding.retry? please give me answer.......

When you installed Windows 7 32-bit, did you install the notebook system utility and the chipset drivers first? If not the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the notebook system utility and the chispet drivers and install the drivers in order.
