I am not sure of a limit, but I have five different Bluetooth applications running without confusion or problem.

Two different printers, IntelliMouse, a GPS and a WxWorx satellite weather radio.

Another advantage of Bluetooth would be ability to operate many systems within Bluetooth range of each other, each with its own Bluetooth Mouse (or other application) driving its system and not affecting other systems in the room.

Don't try that using 'wireless mice' :)

Thanks for responding!

Specifically, I’m interested in using a product (ThinSoft, BeTwinVS) which allows multiple users to access one computer.  The only catch is that you need to have separate monitors (multiple graphics cards), 4 keyboards & mouse combinations.   The product will work with a USB hub but has a wire limitation of 15 feet.  My thought was to employ Bluetooth technology with 4 keyboards and mouse and get at least 30 feet of connectivity.  Do you think having the same kind of devices would cause havoc?

I have no knowledge at all about having four users on one system with four monitor/keyboard/mouse stations.

Bluetooth range should be at least 10 meters, this can vary.

You can consider Bluetooth to be a USB without the wire, so would think that if you could do it with four USB connections, you should be able to use four applications in one Bluetooth.

That’s what I was thinking too.  I’ve sent three unanswered email to the WebMaster at Bluetooth which hasn’t confirmed what we both think should work.  Anyway, thanks again and I’ll post anything that I receive from Bluetooth HQ regarding this subject.
