Bluetooth Software licence file not found

Hi Chris,

I have just bought an XPS420, and I periodically get the following message:

Bluetooth Software licence file not found. [2]

As my keyboard and mouse rely on a Bluetooth connection to the 19-in-1 high-speed media reader, I'm a bit concerned that it may stop working at some point. Should I be concerned and how can I fix this?

I suspect that the problem may have been caused by a program called Registry Power Cleaner (Winferno), which I downloaded from a link on the McAfee site.

Thanks and regards,

Michael

You should try to redownload the drivers from Dell. Here's a link that you should try here

Hi Philip,

Thanks - that seems to have solved the problem.

Regards,

Michael

Hi Michael

I have the same problem and when you run the registry cleaner again you will get the same message. I have been emailing Winferno for a month now but they do not seem to want to help.
