Armin1370,
Did you try Fn and F2 at the same time or just F2?
Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled

Armin1370,
Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled Page 14 in the Dell Inspiron N5110 Manual shows how to turn the wireless adapter on/off.
Intel® WiFi Products — Power Save Polling (PSP) causes connection issues with some access points
Start, control panel, power options, create a power plan, High performance.
Bluetooth...
Start, in search, type
bttray
Click on bttray. This puts the bluetooth icon in the system tray, near the clock.

Armin1370,
Did you try right clicking on it, then left click run as administrator?
rahul0108,
Start, in search, type
bttray
click on it. This will put the bluetooth icon in system tray, near clock. You could also try...
start, control panel, windows mobility center. Bluetooth can be enabled/disables there. Also using the F2 and or Fn and F2 keys.

Armin1370,
Does the bluetooth adapter show in the device manager?
Do you see settings in Windows Mobility Center for bluetooth?
